The LPR Ranch is located just North of Kendalia, Texas in Kendall County. The ranch is approximately 30 miles from Boerne, 15 miles from Blanco, and 45 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. There is an H-E-B grocery store, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and numerous restaurants approximately 20 miles away in Spring Branch/Bulverde. The ranch has frontage on Crabapple Road and Old Blanco Road. The Char-Cole-Gray ranch is located approximately 10 miles North of Boerne with frontage on FM 474. The ranch has been managed for both livestock and wildlife and cedar has been selectively cleared. The G Ranch is located approximately 2 miles South of Kendalia on FM 3351 in Kendall County in a much sought after part of the Hill Country. The ranch is an hour from San Antonio and an hour and a half from Austin. Boerne is a half-hour away.
This lovely ranch is located approximately 1 mile south of Kendalia on Edge Falls Road, which is a paved county-maintained road. The ranch is approximately 25 miles from Boerne, 40 miles from The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera and approximately 45 miles from San Antonio International Airport. The ranch terrain is heavily treed, level to rolling with elevations ranging from an approximate high of 1,380 feet on the east side down to an approximate low of 1,260 feet on the south end.
The ranch is located off of Sattler Road in Eastern Kendall County approximately one mile south of FM 473. Sattler Road is a paved, county maintained road. Access to the ranch is via a deeded easement from Sattler Road to the NE corner of the ranch. Three other ranches use a portion of this easement; however, there are no easements through the 100 acres.
